Most of our designs are created and printed in house. Sometimes

How many designs do I get to choose from? |
| |
Since we believe in our artist and their work,
we provide only 2 options designed by two different artists
initially with unlimited revisions, so should you want to see
additional concepts after viewing the first drafts, you may
certainly do so. |

What's the turnaround time? |
| |
We usually take two business days from the
date of purchase. Revision time depends on the kind of corrections.
Simple corrections will take one to two business days. But complicated
revisions do require extra time. |

What if I don't like any of the initial
designs? |
| |
If the initial designs do not satisfy your
needs, we would provide you with more conceptual options to
meet your requirements. But we also need sufficient input from

Can you design my business cards for
me? |
| |
Yes. We do design business cards as well as
letterhead. If you have a logo already existing, you may still
order business card design and letterhead design from us. But
then we require a copy of your logo ready to use as is, in vector
format. |

Can I trademark my logo? |
| |
Yes, although please be aware that all responsibility
for researching possible trademark violation issues lies with
the client. We do not execute trademark searches. |
