	Although shape CD’s are latest and trendy, still there are few things to remember. First, not all players can accept these shapes. It is important to note that shaped CDs can only be used in tray loading drives and are not recommended for car CD players or any slot drives. The player will identify that a disc is being inserted, and it will then clutch the disc and draw it into the player. Anything other than a regular size disc is not acceptable. Some MAC systems use the same type of CD/DVD drive.

	Secondly, many shaped CD's may make a loud "whir" like sound when put into a CD-ROM drive. This does not cause any problems, but it may bother some people and should be discussed with the end user in order to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
